The a2 Milk Company

the challenge

The a2 Milk Company had not had any prior Aboriginal cultural awareness or capability training previously and was in the process of developing their first Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan. This training was predominately filled with members of the RAP Working Group as well as other strategic members of the business.

the solution

YarnnUp provided an in-depth dive into First Nations cultures to lay the foundation for participants, as there was no in-depth knowledge about First Nations protocols or practices. The training was designed to empower participants to have the confidence to action the deliverables within the Reconciliation Action Plan through a strengths based approach, working on similarities between cultures rather than differences.
