Therese Fuller is a systems thinker, seasoned change leader, and trusted advisor to organisations navigating complexity, growth, and transformation. As a Senior Consultant at YarnnUp, Therese brings over 25 years of executive and consulting experience across the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors – driving large-scale organisational change and embedding human-centred, culturally informed solutions that stick.

Therese is passionate about unlocking the potential of people and systems—believing that the right leadership, aligned with purpose and strategy, can transform organisations and communities. Her approach blends strategic rigour with relational depth. Whether guiding executive teams through periods of radical change or building frameworks that support capability, governance, and growth, Therese brings clarity, insight, and care to every engagement.

Throughout her career, she has played pivotal roles in some of the country’s most complex reform initiatives – from structural redesign and cultural alignment to executive coaching and leadership development. Her work with organisations such as the NSW Aboriginal Land Council, Down Syndrome NSW, and OneCrown reflects her ability to guide sensitive, values-based transformation with precision and impact.

At YarnnUp, Therese applies this expertise to support organisations walking toward reconciliation, equity, and cultural accountability. Her experience leading change across sectors – including government, health, banking, and media – equips her to navigate diverse landscapes while holding true to YarnnUp’s principles of truth-telling and cultural safety.

Therese holds a Master of Business and a Graduate Diploma in the Neuroscience of Leadership, grounding her approach in both evidence and empathy. A qualified Neurosemantics Master Coach and an accredited practitioner across a suite of behavioural and leadership frameworks, she brings academic rigour and lived wisdom to her practice.

Beyond the boardroom, Therese is a facilitator, educator, and thought leader. She’s contributed to leadership programs at AGSM and MGSM, authored chapters on people development, and designed curriculum for tertiary learning institutions. Her ongoing commitment to learning and sharing knowledge reflects YarnnUp’s belief in the power of continuous growth, cultural exchange, and shared purpose.
