Stephanie Potter

Stephanie Potter has spent close to two decades leading brand and design accounts for some of Australia’s most recognisable organisations. She is at her best building trust with clients and drawing out the strongest work from the teams around her. A committed advocate for sustainable business, Stephanie is motivated by work that leaves something better behind.

Stephanie Potter, as Client Service Director at YarnnUp, leads client service and account management across our engagements, holding accountability for delivery, growth and the strength of our client relationships. She is the connective tissue between what our clients need and what our consulting, training and creative teams bring to the table.
Stephanie joins YarnnUp from Deloitte, where she held a senior client account leadership role managing complex, high value client relationships. Before that she was Group Account Director at uberbrand, leading brand and design account teams and the agency’s most significant client partnerships, and Senior Account Director at Re, part of the M&C Saatchi Group, where she led senior brand and communications accounts.
Her earlier career includes Account Director roles at Frost*collective, Biggie Smalls, Creative Platform, Hulsbosch and Equator Design, spanning brand, design and communications, and including an international placement in Chicago. Across nearly twenty years, Stephanie has developed a rare ability to hold both sides of a client relationship at once: the commercial reality and the creative ambition, and to make sure neither is compromised.
At YarnnUp, Stephanie brings that experience to work with real weight behind it. She ensures every engagement is delivered with clarity, that clients are supported well beyond the initial brief, and that our teams have the structure they need to do meaningful work. Her focus on long term relationships aligns closely with how we approach reconciliation, as a journey rather than a transaction, and one that asks for genuine partnership over time.
Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media and Communication from Deakin University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Screen Business from the Australian Film Television and Radio School, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Sustainable Development from Deakin University. She completed a Mini MBA in Management in 2026. Her commitment to sustainability and responsible business practice runs through the way she works, and reflects the values she shares with the wider YarnnUp team.
